This privileged property is located in a discreet and secluded location, yet just a few minutes' drive from the city of Campos. All projects have building permits under the old construction law, allowing for more spacious living areas. To access the individual properties of the finca, one must pass through two gates. Finca Llevant consists of a main house with a living room and bedroom, a pool house with sauna and gym, as well as an extension housing storage rooms and machinery space.
The terraces are just as important as the indoor spaces. Finca Llevant boasts a total of 6 terraces facing all directions, many of which are covered. A small uncovered hallway, which also contains the staircase to the rooftop terrace, leads to the entrance with a cloakroom. From here, one can access the main bedrooms on both opposite sides and, through a library, the living, dining, and kitchen area of over 100 m².
The kitchen serves as a meeting place for the entire family. From here, there is a view of the living-dining area and the covered terrace in the inner courtyard. The high-quality bespoke kitchen offers the highest level of comfort and luxurious materials. Miele appliances harmoniously complete the coordinated picture.
The kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, and all built-in wardrobes are custom produced and installed by our master carpenter. The 20 m long waterproof concrete pool is not just a visual highlight. This size is rarely found in Mallorca. Adjacent to it is the pool house with a bathroom, which includes a Finnish sauna and a spacious gym area.
In the pool house, the storage room can optionally be converted into a bodega. The polished concrete flooring defines the overall aesthetic. It is installed smooth inside and with a rough surface outside. The bedrooms are designed with 3-layer oak parquet.
River stone is laid in the showers. All bathrooms are luxuriously appointed. Son Llado Llevant will receive a 5G antenna connection for modern bandwidth. The alarm system hardware is provided by Jablotron.
