Your statement
The 221 Real Estate Agency service is strictly reserved for an Agency and or an Agent that

By creating your Agency account, you acknowledge and agree that:

- You acknowledge that 221 Real Estate does not control and cannot control the Owner
(s)
or the Tenant (s), and you will not hold 221 Real Estate responsible for any actions

omissions beyond the control of 221 Real Estate;

Creation of the Agency and Payment Area
To access the information necessary for the review of a Tenant for one or more locations,
the Agency must first create an Agency account and subscribe to one of the plans. After
the payment is accepted using one of the methods proposed by 221 Real Estate, the Agency
will be able to create accesses on the client’s spaces for Agents. Agents will receive an
email with their Login Details and only the Agency is able to manage and close Agent
Access.
- The Agency guarantees the accuracy of the information provided for the purposes of
the creation of its Agency account. The Agency must read the Agent and Agency Terms
of Use, the Privacy Policy and the RGPD Policy and the Cookies Charter and accept
these documents by ticking the boxes indicating “I have read and accepted the
general conditions of ‘Agent Agency Site Usage’, ‘I have read and accept the Agent
Agency Privacy Policy’. The Agency will then have to accept by checking the boxes

change plan from the “My Account” section. Invoices are sent by 221 Real Estate and
email after each payment and can also be downloaded from the “My Account” section.
The Agency may at any time close its account. When closing the account, all
information contained in their dashboards will be immediately destroyed and the
Agent and the Agency will no longer be able to access their account.

Transmission of Lessee Information with the Agent
221 Real Estate only acts as the Transmitter of the Tenant Information to the Agent
and the Agency and cannot have any direct or indirect responsibility for the Data
submitted by the Tenant. 221 Real Estate does not determine the eligibility or
otherwise of a Tenant and only the Agency, the Agent and the Owner are able to confirm
their approval, interest or decline the application of the Tenant.
- A) If the Agent needs additional validation on certain information, it is possible
for the Agent by clicking on the verification symbol next to the Tenant’s name to
automatically ask the Tenant to use the verification services or any other services
offered by 221 Real Estate through its partners;
- Depending on the country, the Tenant may have the possibility to subscribe to a
rental protection insurance with one of 221 Real Estate partners from the Customer
Area.
- These services are paid and payable on the Site of 1 Dossier or the partner by the
Tenant.
- The Verifications are offered by companies independent of 221 Real Estate, having
access to databases of utility companies, insurance companies, governmental or
banking organizations under their own privacy policy and RGPD.
- 221 Real Estate cannot have any direct or indirect responsibility for the documents
or information submitted by the Tenant who has used any of the services mentioned
above.

Connection to the site
