“Rental” means a property offered for rental by an Agency or Agent;
“Right of Access” means a person or company whose Tenant gives access to his Personal Information using the Property Code;
“Tenant” means one or more legal or natural person wishing to rent and apply for one or more properties;
“Services” means the technology implemented by 221 Real Estate for the Tenant, the Agent, the Agency and the Owner, which essentially simplifies the exchange of information between each of the parties for one or more Rentals and allows the Agency to give access to one or more Agents to a Dashboard to manage Rentals, Tenants and Owners after having made a monthly subscription payment on the 221 Real Estate Site; Where applicable, all terms not defined above and in the European Regulation shall have the same meaning as in any element of the Applicable Legislation.
