The restaurant comprises six private dining rooms, crafted from the cellars of the ancient palace dating back to the late 18th century. The thermal water, known for its 'bicarbonate-alkaline-sulfuric' properties, flows directly from the spring at a temperature of 42/43°C, continuously feeding the thermal pool, which maintains a pleasant temperature of 34/36°C.
