This enchanting winery we present for sale overlooks the sun-kissed coastline of the Adriatic Sea and the Tremiti Islands. This dynamic and innovative winery fully harnesses the exceptional potential of the terroir for the production of high-quality wines and has established itself in recent years as a leading producer in Molise with numerous awards and recognitions. Situated at an altitude of 150 meters, the vineyards are sheltered by a natural basin, bordered to the west by the Apennines. The property boasts 37 hectares of vineyards dedicated to quality winemaking. The soil characteristics, exposure, and microclimate have been meticulously studied for each vineyard to identify the most suitable varieties, rootstocks, and clones. All vineyards are planted in rows, utilizing Guyot and spur cordon pruning systems. Harvest typically extends from August 20 to October 20, while winemaking and aging are carried out using the latest technologies.
The coastal wines, with their unique briny identity nourished by iodine-rich sea breezes, epitomize a land suspended between sky and sea. The estate produces wines from both international varietals (Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah) and indigenous varieties (Montepulciano, Tintilia, Falanghina), renowned for their excellent quality-to-price ratio. The leadership of the winery has developed both the marketing of the winery and its bottles as well as the exportation of the wines in recent years. However, the winery still has significant potential to increase its production and expand its clientele.
