Situated in the heart of a beautiful natural park in Frosinone, this emerging winery represents a unique investment opportunity in the Lazio wine scene. Founded in 2013 and actively producing wine since 2018, the estate spans 88. 42 hectares of owned land, where local and international grape varieties are cultivated with passion and respect for the land to maximize the quality of the region. In addition to the existing vineyards, the property offers significant development potential with approximately 30 hectares of buildable land designated D/10 (Rural Buildings) with a building volume of 75,000 cubic meters. Currently, three vineyards have been planted, with Vineyard No. 1 already in production since 2018 and Vineyard No.
2 entering production in 2021. Vineyard No. 3, spanning 11. 73 hectares, will begin production in 2024, further expanding the company’s production capacity.
The winery produces a range of fine wines, including Cesanese, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Semillon, Passerina del Frusinate, Alicante, and the sparkling wine Atthis. Production is based exclusively on the use of estate-grown grapes, ensuring the highest quality and control at every stage of the process. On the property, a winery is under construction, comprising two building sections. The first section, covering 1,700 square meters on the ground floor, is already completed, while the second is underway.
