Since 1999, the cultivation has followed certified organic practices, aiming to eliminate any traces of chemical products from the grapes. The care of the plants is exclusively through the use of zeolite, which prevents the attack of fungi and insects. Grapes are hand-harvested, and fermentation occurs with natural yeasts, formed with honey and native organisms. The winery’s offerings focus on three labels, each representing a hallmark of the territory.
