This fully equipped winery, located in the beautiful Foggia, nestled among the picturesque Apulian hills, boasts an impressive 20 hectares of land, 18 of which are meticulously cultivated with a variety of grapes: Nero di Troia, Primitivo, Negroamaro, Sangiovese, Aglianico, Greco, Chardonnay, Fiano, and Moscato. The efficient production process begins in a robust 900 square meter facility equipped with all the necessary machinery for the initial processing of grapes: 2 destemming and crushing hoppers with a tipping platform, temperature-controlled fermenters in various sizes (3 of 400hl, 3 of 150hl, and 10 of 100hl), various temperature-controlled containers (7 of 500hl, 10 of 300hl, and 10 of 50hl), and 2 pneumatic presses with a screw conveyor served by 4 underground containers. The layout of the production spaces is thoughtfully designed in every area. The aging and bottling room spans 1000 square meters.
The charming underground barrel room for wood aging with barriques and large casks is equipped for wine aging through centrifugation, tangential filtration, and microfiltration to ensure biological stabilization. To facilitate operations, it is connected to the upper floor via a freight elevator. Here, you will find the bottling area with all necessary machinery: 1 washer, 2 fillers, 3 cappers, 1 labeler, 1 washer-dryer, 1 capsule machine, 1 cartoner, and 1 wrapper. An additional 300 square meters is dedicated to the storage of empty and filled bottles with convenient shelving.
The spacious showroom, measuring 100 square meters, provides excellent product exposure. Administrative and management offices are also present, along with comfortable accommodation for the caretaker. The entirely organic production meets an annual output of 250,000 liters, including 10,000 bottles of its own with 12 different labels, 70,000 bottles produced for third parties, and an additional quantity of bulk wine ready for bottling destined for other wineries.
