The engine room is located in the old windmill. Away from the houses, there are stables with space for 10 horses, a feed store, a tack room, and a riding arena. Another area of the site features prehistoric ruins of various structures and talayots. All rooms and the main house are equipped with heating and air conditioning as part of the 2008 renovation and modernization.
Solar energy systems also support conventional power supply. The finca has its own well for drinking water. The first major renovation was completed in 1984. Various transformations and renovations took place between 2012 and 2019.
While there is no possibility to expand the existing buildings, there is an opportunity to continue the conservation and restoration of the current structures.
